WHERE DOES GALLANT gift co DELIVER TO? 

We are based in Perth, Western Australia and offer free next day delivery to inner city Perth suburbs. We use Sendle to deliver gift packs Australia-Wide and this can take 2-10 business days (With the current lock-downs for major cities like Melbourne and Sydney it is taking approximately 6 business days). 

WHEN DOES GALLANT gift co DELIVER? 

We deliver Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm. Please note occasionally these times will change and we do not deliver on weekends (some exceptions do apply). 

DO WE OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING? 

Not yet. We have chosen 'Sendle' as our courier service as they offer fully carbon neutral delivery services and are a registered Bcorp business. As they do not offer an express option just yet we will have to be patient with our gifitng needs. 

DO WE INCLUDE A PURCHASE ORDER RECEIPT? 

No we do not, how ever if you need a GST or sales receipt please email us at info@gallantgiftco.com.au.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES GALLANT gift co ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay and Google pay. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE OR IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

Contact us asap at info@gallantgiftco.com.au and we will do our best to get the problem fixed as fast as possible. You may need to send photos of the damage to help us coordinate the best solution. 

CAN I CHANGE THE ITEMS IN THE GIFT PACK ORDERED? 

We have a limited amount of stock so changes to gift packs are not so simple, but get in contact and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs and create the best pack to get you in the good books. OR build your own gift pack with our bundle builder. 

HOW CAN I ORDER MORE THAN 6 PRODUCTS IN A BYO GIFT PACK? 

We limit the BYO packs to 6 items as we find anymore do not fit together in our awesome tubes. However we do have boxes available to create larger bespoke packs. Just send us an email with your information and we will take your gifting game to the next level! 

I HAVE SELECTED MULTIPLE PACKS FOR DIFFERENT ADDRESSES, HOW DO I CHECK OUT? 

Unfortunately we are still working on that one, so for the mean time you will have to individually purchase each pack with 1 address at a time. Alternatively you can email us with your order and we can arrange a direct debit/invoice.
